I've spoken on this before and it's both frustrating and perplexing.
I'm using an i5 11th gen Intel PC with a massive 20GB of RAM & SSD.
The Excel file I'm using is 28MB and if I attempt to "work" with the file it hangs Excel. and I get messages "Not enough system resources"
Excel is only using 648MB RAM and minimal CPU resources. I pose the question in that if this PC cannot run this file without hanging, it's pointless replacing it.
20 GB RAM is massive.
any idea why this file is such a problem for this PC ?
I have the same issue with a 5th Gen i7 (5500) with 8 GB RAM and Magnetic HDD.
