Hi, I'm looking for advice please. I am planning to buy very expensive hearing aids from a source in the UK. The source can supply me with these, for personal use, at a massive discount compared to local audiologist suppliers. The items will be couriered.
Two questions - (1) what is the best (meaning least cost) way to pay - EFT or credit card? I know the source personally. I don't think they are on Paypal. (2) Any idea of how much the customs and duties are likely to be on a set of items costing in the region of R40k? I've tried looking up duties but that is a nightmare when you have no idea of how hearing aids are classified.
