My son's bike "stopped" halfway through a lap on the MX track last weekend.
Quick track side diagnosis - has spark, no fuel getting into the ports & therefore none in the combustion chamber. Carb bowl has fuel, so no problem with fuel flow getting from tank to carb.
At home, strip carb, clean, blow out all jets and passageways. Re-install. Still won't fire.
Basic compression - check hand over carb, turn motor over, low "suction" = low compression = rings or reeds.
Pull reed block out - reeds are still perfect.
Rotate motor until piston skirt is visible.
