The president has announced that the last businesses still closed will also be able to open soon under level 3. This includes hair salons, sit down restaurants, hotels and many,more.
All the scruffy looking gents have no excuse now to get a haircut..
I wonder what the response would be to the restaurant industry. I cannot see myself eating out under the current circumstances and believe many people will feel this way. I really feel for the business owners that are still not allowed to operate after almost 3 months.
