I was listening to some Dave Matthews the other night and apart from his great music, his lyrics are just superb!
They've stuck in my head, and being Friday afternoon I thought I would ask raise a topic for great lyrics.
Cant remember the album name (its the one with the coffee stain):
From Song 3 which I assume is about religious war (I'm writing from memory so it may not be word perfect):

I dont normally worry too much about lyrics but these are so haunting that the music (as good as it is) tends to be a bit overshadowed.
