Gunter Steinhart Pre-amp help needed.

Hi , I have a Gunter Steinhart DVP 1XL Valve Pre-amp.

I need to know the Transformer readings that it is suppose to have.

Does anybody know where I can find a circuit diagram for this Pre-amp.

It doesn't switch on at all, need to go through it systematically with hopefully some sort of circuit diagram?
