HDMI power up sequence

Hi guys, do any of you have issues with hdmi not being processed, depending on the power up sequence of the components? I have recently started experiencing the hdcp 15 error on my dstv pvr 2, and depending on how I power up, the processor does not relay the hdmi, even for ps3 or hdd recorder.

Really annoying. Problem is, sequence does not always work. Would prefer not to have everything powered on all the time.
