I am looking for a HDMI Splitter that can split into different resolutions

1 in 2 out

1 for new 4K60Hz HDR capable to a Sony 4K TV
the other 1080p into an older Pioneer receiver for the audio Dolby, DTS HD etc

What spec do I need in the splitter? Does EDID take care of this

There is a lot available on Amazon in the us. Should I rather order and wait or is there local supplier

Overseas forums recommend the HDFury and the Orei brands
