it seems the Heidi animation was translated to various languages but not English.

The SABC released a box set (Along with Maya and Nils Holgerson) but the picture quality was rather poor. (Still fun to watch though). There is a very good picture quality Spanish dub available on youtube

Studio Ghibli from Japan has released a special Blu-ray collectors set, but it has the original Japanese language only.  (It's a bit expensive though)
