Help! 5 pin din wiring diagrams

Hi all.

I am trying to make up some cables for my Quad 33/303.

Does any one have a link to clear wiring diagrams for the 4 and 5 pin din connectors?

I would like to make 4 pin din to 4 pin din.

5 pin to dual RCA

5 pin to mini jack.

I have googled but not finding anything simple.

Much appreciated

PS - Bought Mogami 2947 cable. Hope that is sufficient for my needs
