Need some help understanding what the damn symbols mean sothat I can try a Zobel network. This is what I got from Wiki.

I'm Looking at the high pass network. I also don't know what wattage to use for the resistor and cap. I'm using my Onkyo NR929 which according to the manual is throwing out 135 watts continuous with 2 channels at 8 Ohms. Speakers are 8 Ohms.
