I recently did an installation which included an Onkyo TX-NR828 and one of the Customer's requirements was that he would be able to control the Receiver from his pone.
We downloaded the Onkyo Remote App onto both Ipad as well as Samsung (Android) phone and also did the latest Firmware update (Oct 2013) on the Onkyo. I tested the system and all worked well. A few days later, just out of the blue, both the Client's IPad as well as the phone would not pick up the Onkyo through WiFi  When I got there my phone picked it up perfectly and so did the Client's phone and IPad. Now the problem is back for some reason.
Does anyone know what could be causing this or had a similar problem? It's extremely annoying and the customer is starting to get a bit impatient.... :boxing:
The Onkyo picks up WiFi perfectly with a signal strength that averages at about 70% and so does the Phone and Ipad. Could it perhaps be the WiFi router that?s causing the problem? The router in use is a Siemens Giga 762SX as per the picture.
Any input welcome and appreciated, thanks guys
