Help with replacement for pc streaming

Ok,  so here is the problem.  My pc has died, which I was using to stream to plex on my xbox 360.

I know what the problem is and will not be replacing the pc.  I now want something small to sit next to my xbox that can play my movies and series that are currently on my drive.  Note that the drive is in the broken pc, so that will have to be removed.

My budget is R2000.

What are my options?
