My money goes to Axxess.
Axxess failed me this past weekend with a general outage in the Western Cape. Ironically Afrihost's website had the details about the outage, whilst the Axxcess website did not load (it was down) and their support number did not work.
So... I decided to look into changing my ISP from Axxcess to Afrihost. I called today to ask about a migration date and was helped by a person that had no command of the English language. After trying to understand this person for about 2 minutes I said thank you and I hung up. That put a spanner in the works for me. The first impression was a gigantic fail.
What has your Afrihost support experience been like? Perhaps it is a question of rather the devil you know that the one you dont?
