Hi, so when my wife was retrenched they allowed her to keep the company laptop. We've been trying to install a new Office version, but it has an Admin password from the company. She contacted the company but the IT guy said he has thousands of passwords, not sure which one belongs to her laptop. Then suggested a clean installation of Windows.
Only problem is that to do so...requires the Admin password!!
Is there another option to do a completely fresh Windows installation that will bypass the Admin password?
