This is a medical related thread and it's not advice or anything that will illicit harm so I'm hoping it will spark similar much needed knowledge sharing in these parsimonious economic times.
Anyway, I frequently need to take Ibuprofen tablets for muscle pain and ordinarily buy Brufen 400 - which is rather expensive at over R45 for 10. Nurofen is the same.
Quite by accident I found out Click's pharmacy sells a 400mg Ibuprofen called Bren - 30 for (get this) R12 !!!
Dischem has something similar called Austifen - 15 for R9.22.
This is really good value.
If anyone else has recommendations for generic medication, let us know !
