Over the last month or so, I received 3 pairs of IEM earphones:
KZ ZSN, TRN V90 and lastly a KZ ZS10 Pro.
To my ears, they all sound bass heavy and lack mids and treble.
I'm starting to wonder if my ear canals are just not suited to having sound delivered in this way.
Before I waste anymore money on the IEM merry-go-round, may I ask if this is a typical response when switching from full-size on-ear or over-ear headphones?
I ready to try the Audio Technica ATH-E40 as I have a feeling that these Chinese IEM's may be 'boom-boxy' and a proper pro-grade IEM may offer the sound I expect. On the other hand, the sound be be just the same - like I'm listening to music underwater in the bathtub!
