I deleted Whatsapp yesterday during the outage and thought reinstalling it would perhaps fix the outage issue.
In doing so I deleted my chat history, and my last iCloud update was Jan 2020. So, I've lost all my chats between then and now.
Is there any other way of retrieving those messages?
