So to cut a long story short, on the 28th of December 2017 I cancelled an order placed and paid for on the 25th of December 2017. They acknowledged the cancellation request and requested banking details to process a refund, once they had confirmed the payment on their end. I was told the admin staff who handles refunds would be back on the 3rd of January 2018. No problem. It's now the 11th and still no refund. Mails go unanswered, online support and ticketing goes unanswered.
To date all queries were handled by Kenny.
