....two camps of vinyl listeners exist?Those such as myself who prefer a warm,seductive,"rolled off",easy listen and as the other camp might call say is a rather dull sound whereas they seek a more detailed and "revealing" sound?I ask this question purely because after listening to some cartridges.......and dont laugh now,i have taken a real liking to what must be the cheapest one of the lot a Technics 270c which has a lot less "definition" than the Dynavector mc i tried or the Ortofon 2m blue....and yet i find it more musically pleasing on less than perfect vinyl which is what i mostly have.What the hell is going on here? ....i must be back to front, or something?
