Isn't it ironic that how much fancier you buy the more you tend to struggle with what you bought? It's like it's more complicated.
Not bashing brands - please don't get me wrong. A good example is my Onkyo avr. Trying to listen to DD or DTS is more difficult than pulling teeth. Buy a musical fidelity amp and struggle your ass off with sound staging. Buy a nad for R2k and it simply works.
The same applies outside the world of hifi too. Buy a land rover and hell awaits you. Even the damn key has a cpu. Buy a hyundai and it simply goes. And so the examples can go on. It's just very annoying to save up for that special amp and then when you buy it the complications hit. Tiring...
