Lease or rent of hifi equipment

For a long time, I wondered if leasing and renting hi-fi products could not be an exciting addition to the industry. I have no current model in mind, especially financials, but merely thinking about whether to use a product for a given time without the full capital outlay would not be of value. Option to outright buy could be included and so on and t&c will be needed but that is a different discussion.

Just an idea, so what do you think?
