I am looking to upgrade the RAM on my home PC.
I took out the RAM currently on the PC and found it to be a Hynix 512MB 1RX8 PC2-5300u-555-12.
Would also appreciate any purchase advise in terms of make and optimum size RAM suitable for home PC use.
The PC is unbearably slow at this point and figured that a RAM upgrade is necessary.
I am based in Boksburg and work in Pretoria.
