Damn we were kabliksemed about half an hour ago. Watching TV ,having dinner and ka bam earth leakage trips :sweat:
I have insurance but I will not be claiming my soiled undies :-[
Dont think it was through the ADSL as the router and ADSL connection are ok and tested.
Network ,pc's laptops etc all seem fine.
Lounge TV 55" Sammy is kaput and the smaller Sammy in the bedroom now has one HDMI port not working the other seems fine :nfi:
Will call insurance in the morning but as this will be my first ever claim I am looking for some pointers and do's and dont's
What I will do is report the incident and what we can currently see is damaged.
Will inform them that there may be more to come once we start testing and using other stuff.
Think this has been discussed before but I can seem to find the damn thread.
Eish what are the little things one forgets to check only to find they were damaged.
