Ok, so I have forgotten my password (I have tons of system log ins) and the fact that I am able to enter the 6 digit code that gets sent to my phone via sms is apparently not good enough and Google are unable to verify that its me.
Google are also un contactable. One of the security questions is , What date did you create your google account? Who the F##K REMEBERS STUFF LIKE THAT???? I know it was in 2007 but asking me to remember the month is a tad ridiculous.
I would honestly rather it easier for me to be hacked then to be locked out.
It then sends an email to firstnamesurname@F****ok.com , So that would be Facebook I'm assuming as most is blotched out? Well the recovery mail does not arrive to my inbox.
I cant believe how difficult this is. I have so many system log ins at work which change after x amount of days and I've actually resorted to the dumbest passwords just to remember them all which I think is better than writing them all down in a book which would live at the same desk my office pc is on.
Has anyone had a similar issue and did you come right ? I think I should just pay a company to host my email account because at least then I can recover it.
All of this stemmed from needing to reset My apple ID to clear the phone for a buyer this morning. Luckily ,recovering the apple ID is a lot more of a realistic process
