Have been considering a Sonos system using 8GB ipod touch as the remote (R 7000 together), but the remote can browse AVforums at the same time 
However, my general impression across the forum is Logitech Squeezebox Touch is the preferred route to go (R 3600)
For best results, both would need an external DAC, and both give bitperfect digital outputs.
Is it solely from the value for money point of view or are there other reasons why the Logitech is so popular ?
