I am trying my best to get a settlement amount out of these guys. Makro themselves cannot help me, even though I applied in a Makro branch. I must phone RCS.
Now, RCS does not answer me after more than a hour holding on the phone. Perhaps their system is even down, how would I even know. I have send emails, no responses.
I simply just want my settlement amount, pay them and cancel the card.
Perhaps during the options in a phone call I must say ''new customer'', perhaps THEN they will answer :headbanger:
