Morning -- anyone in Sandton/Randburg got a stash I can dip into? Replaced a blown transistor on one channel of an F5 ... for some reason I did not replace the screw holding transistors to heatsink (wtf???). Now I can't find one insulator pad. Mystified what I did...
Or I can buy new ones from RS, but they only seem to have for TO-220, which I thought was mechanically same as TO-247, but dimensions seem different -- 13.2mm x 22m for the TO-220 pad RS has, the IRFP 9240 is 20mm x 15.5 (although the actual metal part of the die is 13.5 so maybe it's no diffs).
