Bought a Michell Syncro a while back. Managed to track down an original Michell RB250 arm. Dewald Dave Visser did a wonderfull rewire on it. Next was getting the Denon DL-110 cart. Then off to Jacques Passier for setup.
He had a new armboard manufactured. Then I obtained the VTA adjuster from The Listening Room in Cape Town. Also got upgraded springs and belt.
Jacques then started assembly, new rubbers manufactured to fit the new springs, lighter tonearm weight, what I can imagine some swearing and lots of perseverance later, I collected today.
