Mordaunt Short MS20 - Tweeter and crossover repair

Hi all.

I have taken apart the MS20's received from RonG.

Found both crossover circuits poofed. And the one tweeter.

The crosover (see surge damage bottomright of resistor)

Suggestions re: the resistor. Replace with like or other suggestions?

And the tweeters? Where can I go about finding replacements. Doesn't have to be originals. And while I am at it I might as well upgrade a bit and replace both tweeters?
