I'm Testing out a new centre channel at the moment and noticed some dialogue distorting while watching Jurassic Park last night.in the very first scene I noticed it and that it was the speaker but when I played it back at lower volume it was still there at exactly the same spot in the movie.
I'm not a sound engineer but the distortion sounded like when the gain on a mic is set to high and the person speaks to close to the mic.
Its not the all the dialogue just certain parts. I'm thinking it's the actual recording that's bad.
Anyone else noticed this before?
