So MTN owes me more than R10k. Long story, which can be read here:

They might be trying to solve the issue, or they might not... Not replying to my e-mails, or the hellopeter review. When I phone, they come to the conclusion that it is a billing system issue that is going to take time to sort out, and that they will phone me back.
What does one do in such a situation? The MTN complaints e-mail address bounces. I have even tried tweeting them.
