Hi, I was chilling  :coffee: in my private space (the loo) and got to thinking. Since I was a youngster I've always been into some form of sound hobby or other thingy me bob. Wheather it was waiting for my dad to throw his old world band rceciever on the floor after a drinking spree so I could get to that damn speaker inside it, to dj'ing with my 2 125w Autona amp modules and pre amp fitted into a draw driving 4 15" Terminators, to entering some auto sound offs (and hitting a magical 150.3 db :p), to home theatre. But now I increasingly find myself listening to the likes of Andrea Bocceli, Josh Groban, some accoustic guitar, Dire Strates (wies die ou) and even some classical music (wtf). I mean, the stuff I'm listening to now is a far cry from thing's like Ce Ce Peniston, Sybil, Depeche Mode and all the other Galaxy tunes a man used to listen to. I was listening to Andrea Bocceli's "Besame Mucho" last night and my son asked me and these were his exact words "jor, what is daddy listening to now again"

Nou vra ek nou die! Wat ga hier aan? Does your equipment dictate what you listening preferrances are? Cause you surely aint gonna try hitting low down, house shaking, head banging tunes (the stuff that only sounds cool once you're totally doped up with speed/hash etc) with your B&W's or whatever else you might have at home. Would love to now what you guys have to say
