NAD 3020B Service

Hi Guys

I bought a NAD 3020B a while back and now I want to get it serviced and improved a bit.
I have heard and read great things about Celestial Sound and there upgrades.
However I have sent them numerous emails and voice messages but they never get back to me.

I am just wondering how I can get hold of them or who else I can contact to help me with a service?
