We (not royal) have a NAD 5420 that plays CDs perfectly and/but has a dead LCD display. Is the machine worth the outlay for repairs to the display? If it is, I'd be grateful for suggestions of a competent and reliable techie in the Cape Winelands who could tackle the job.
