Hi there,
I have a relatively old NAD amp (+- 10 years), not sure exactly which model, will check up when I'm at home. I mostly use it with my turntable. However, it's been acting up for the past year or so. Every now and again I can't get any sound through the speakers, without turning the volume up really high, then suddenly sound comes through, after which I can turn the volume back down again.
Does this sound like an amp problem, or a speaker problem? It happens on both my phono input, as well as aux and other inputs.
Any pointers or help will be appreciated, thank you very much.
