Need help deciding on an ISP

I am currently looking at getting  2mbps Uncapped ADSL, but I also have to cross reference with stability and throttling.

Please also state if your line rental included.

An e-mail address or 2 wouldn't hurt and neither could website hosting, but not a necessity.
