Need two 3.5mm plugs soldering - Helderberg, Western Cape

I have the Ayre Codex currently and it has a different configuration for balanced output in that there are two 3.5mm stereo jacks unlike other DAC/amps I have seen

Anyway, I cut the plug off my Sennheiser cable and took it around to the electronics shop around the corner, only to be greeted by a "To Let" sign so that plan went awry.

Suggestions, anybody that can help please?
