Netflix on Samsung smart tv

Hi guys. Does anyone know how to set up a Samsung smart tv to allow Netflix to work. I have reset the app store to the US and the app is in the smart hub but I cant get it to work even after changing the DNA to one I got from www.unblock.us.

Any other tips and tricks re this tv would be appreciated. It's a f5500 series.
