Hi Guys,
I came accross this forum a few weeks ago and have been lurking every since. Very nice by the way. Im 100% a newbie when it comes to AV stuff but do love my gadgets lol. My current 'set up' is a set of Logitech Z5500s which I enjoy as part of my HT.
Long story short. Ive come accross a set of Sony speakers someone is selling as they leaving sunny SA. From what I gather, Sony speakers arent rated great by you guys. BUT, Im no audiophile and intend using them for movies 95%. So what I want to know is what price I should pay. They are in excellent condition and apparently around 2 years old. 4 x 'tall boys' SS-MF650H/B, set of surrounds and centre SS-CR350H/B and a sub SA-WM500/B. All in a dark/black finish. I would need to buy an amp to run these - suggestions?
