Old speakers: need some repair hints

Hi, my dad wants to get rid of his old speaker system.  These were top of the range in their day apparently, and I was wondering what my options are to try and salvage them.  Seems they just need a cone (if that is what it is called) and then they should be good as new.  Any tips where to get spare parts or recommend a good service centre in Cape Town area?

They are a pair of Teledyne Acoustic Research speakers.
