So my trusty Tektronix 464 has packed up :sd: and [member=22015]Nchebe[/member]'s trusty Tektronix 465B sort of works, but doesn't trigger properly.
New scopes cost a fortune, and even second hand ones are pricey, assuming youtrust Gumtree/OLX etc.
The RS PRO 2205A Oscilloscope from RS is R3200, and functionality includes a FFT spectrum analyser and a waveform generator (preprogrammed sine, square, etc and custom waveforms).
So this all seems very good, but what are the cons? I suppose one is that the user interface being a PC isn't as nice/convenient as the controls of a scope, and you have to have a PC on your workbench which is almost as bad as an old-school analogue scope (but at least lighter).
Does anyone have any thoughts?
