I can get this Oscilloscope secondhand not new used once by a work colleague. I have no idea what to look for. I am just a hobby guy on this forum. Is this acceptable specs?
Apparently it is important to check the division size to be able to test very fine and I am looking at the 400V max input voltage. Is that acceptable?
