I just wanted to send a bouquet to REMEDYTEC.
I advised my father in law to purchase a new surround amp from them to replace some lighting damaged equipment.
Unfortunately through noone's fault there was some difficulty with the firmware.
My father in law was pulling his hair out trying to so sort it out and after Homeation (local importer) reimaged the machine it still wasnt right so Remedytec undertook to replace the unit at their own cost.
My father in law is extremely extremely impressed by this company and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their customer centricity is a very rare commodity in today's day and age.
