I picked up a pair of these last week from a colleague who is emigrating. They were made by Canadian Ian Paisley.
These were brought into SA by his father from Canada in the 80's, and he has had them since new.
i hooked them up on the test bench and there was very little bottom end for a cab this size, but at least all the drivers work. There was a small tear on one of the woofer surrounds which I have patched from the rear and one has had something spilt on it. The woofers are branded Polydax and I assume the cones are Bextrene ?
I reckon the crossovers need some TLC, so I will swap one of them out soon and see if there's an improvement.
They will be on the market soon, as I really have no use for them.
Has anyone seen or heard these before ?.
