PC based blu ray solution

I have asked this question a good while ago, but I am just checking in if anything has changed out there?
Basically one needs a blu ray drive and an audio/video card that can decode the HD audio if your amp cannot, which mine can't.
I have read about the asus hdav 1.3 deluxe that can decode to analogue/pcm. Anything else that can do it?
