Good day to all.
I have recently resurrected my KD500 and Grace 707 tonearm with a view to transferring  LPs to CDs for posterity.
Having purchased an AT100E, it seemed a good idea to replace the cable from the base of the tonearm to the amplifier phono stage
as my existing one was damaged; I have been a bit shocked (71 year-old pensioner) by the potential cost and used screened wiring I had lying around and, although
it seems to work OK, I don't know what I might be missing (high freq,?). I would appreciate your thoughts on adapting USB cables (high freq. capable, screened etc.) as
another low-cost DIY idea.
Regards
Brian
