Sold the monitor series 1000 Nad and i plugged in the series 20 Nad integrated as pre......well it sounds fuller,warmer less "analytical" and dare i say it better to me....i've only heard Rudi's phono,the 1000 Nad and the 3020.....I must collect Rudi's one from Alty again(nudge nudge)...it sounded brilliant to me when i had it here,my question is simply....how good would the 3020's phonostage be considered to be in the grand scheme of things?My deaf ears say its a little noisier than the other two i've tried,a bit less extended in the tops and a touch bloated down under perhaps but dammit it sounds good and i think thats what i like about it.....anyone have a pipe and some slippers to sell me?
