Hi ladies and gents.
I connected my my PC to the Reciever by the HDMI output of my screencard.
I get picture on the TV but no sound on the speakers. Does the GPU not give out sound via the HDMI?
A while back when the GPU got hot (Asus Smart Doctor fan limmits were too low) my sound would go funny on the headphones. As soon as temps came down sound was fine again.
The Pc has a Asus GTX570 Direct CUii graphics card. Its Connected via HDMI to my Reciever Yamaha RX 810. From the reciever To TV also HDMI. I want to play games on the TV but want the sound of the hometheatre.
Can anyone PLEASE help me?
