Please help me decide a reciever

Hi all

I need to decide between the Denon AVR-S970H and the Denon AVR-S760H.

The main noticeable differences are that the S970 pushes 15w more to the speakers and has an extra HDMI out.

The main use is is for a small room with bookshelf speakers. I dont think I need to extra wattage but I'm not super clued when it comes to these setups but just incase there is something I'm missing.
